Our story
Kodei Properties began with a simple idea — that a vacation home should feel like a home, not a hotel room.
For more than ten years we've curated luxury vacation rentals across Naples' most exclusive gated communities. What started as a handful of personally chosen estates has grown into a portfolio of fully furnished properties, each one selected and styled with the same care we'd give our own residence.
Beyond rentals, we help guests become residents — guiding them through investment, purchase, and long-term ownership in a market we know intimately. And for owners who want their properties cared for in their absence, our home management service offers quiet, capable stewardship year-round.
